We love to cook and preserve our food in many traditional ways. Spices are the fruit family. Who doesn’t know how exiting is to cook at home your food, moreover inviting friends and guests to your home. We also remember there so many international cooking recipes from around the world. But not every knows how to cook everything in healthy way your food. People nowadays using so much different spices and it is fine the way people like and enjoy their food. But also we need to know the spices how to use them for teas, soups or for food when you cook. The spices also can harm

Salt

Yes some of them can harm your health. Example salt it very good spice to use. But if you use too much than it could harm your body, like having high blood pressure also can affect your kidney. Besides, you can also experience arthritis problems. Do you know what is better for you to eat organic salt with iodide. It is so important keep your lungs and bones stronger. Why people who live by sea they walk by ocean,or the sea which has so much iodide they stay more healthy and this is true. We need to take into consideration when you cook and use your salt. I born in Europe country of Lithuania. I can speak several languages. Also, helps me with communicating for other people. I work almost over 25+ years as an RN in my country and here too. Anxiety disorder may reflect the imbalance on the chemical levels into transmitters. These are nerve cells which are call neurons they communicate with each other. Neuron activates electric signal which travel through the cell body down to a fiber. The branch fiber is call axon. The sending neuron may not release enough neurotransmitter, or it may reabsorb to soon before it delivers the message.

Through years our system gets affected by toxins and toxic chemical from the environment. Much of these toxins are eliminated naturally but some remain still in your system and will cause harm to your health. Fasting is the most important in our life’s today. You could cleanse and rid of bacteria that cause you to become sick. That why people doing that around the globe. When I should start detox my body?

That the question we should ask ourselves as possible. I would suggest the best time of course is the spring or summer. Some people prefer in autumn whatever it feels right for you, you want to do this

I do not recommend cleanse for people who just got sick, or come from the hospital and still are weak.
