If you have any issues with health as example heart problems, which I have too I learn through years what it works well for me.Us you know when you are healthy you can use any kind oils doesn’t matter which one just try do not overheat. When I get my heart problems I change my Olive oil to Coconut oil as it was the best for me because I need constantly look after my cholesterol.
